Tool Casting for the Foam Industry

Moulds like this one are used to foam seat cushions for vehicle seats. We cast seat foam moulds in aluminium for the automotive industry and its suppliers. Fine surface textures, lettering and complex contours are cast directly into the mould.

On request, we manufacture the moulds with cast-in cooling channels. The temperature-control lines are embedded directly during casting, ensuring even heat distribution in the mould during series production.
